Your personal information
The information you provide about yourself is required by us to
provide a service to you. For example, we deal with credit card
transactions and require such things as your name, address etc to
validate who you are. In all cases, your information will be held
in strict confidence.
You will note that we do not ask your age, gender, and details of
your personal interests, your preferences for receiving commercial
e-mail and receiving market research surveys via e-mail etc. It
is not our intention to gather information about you and onsell
such information.
Use of Information
We may, from time to time, use your personal information (namely
e-mail address) for the purpose of advising you of offers and new
products on our website. We will only send e-mails to you if you
have elected to receive such e-mails. At any time you may Opt-Out
or Opt-In by sending a simple e-mail.
Security of Data
We will take reasonable steps to ensure that all information we
collect or use is accurate, complete, up-to-date and stored in a
secure environment accessed only by authorised persons.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed
to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information
from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, we cannot guarantee the
security of any information you transmit to us or receive from our
online products or services. These activities are conducted at your
own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort
to ensure its security.
Credit card information is among the most sensitive and important
data utilised on the Internet. We do not see your credit details.
Currently we use PayPal as our credit card payment supplier. For
obvious reasons, please do not send credit card information through
unsecured electronic mail.
